VACATION SCHEDULING
Due to the Arbitrator’s decision from the Interest Arbitration held on May 1st, 2009, Article 7.9 of the Collective Agreement shall be amended so that vacation requests for the period of June 1st to May 31st are to be filed by March 1st and posted by April 1st. This change means that City CUPE 5167 Members need to request vacation 1 month earlier than noted in the current copy of the collective agreement. The new Seniority Lists are completed and should be available in your workplace or on the S: drive.
